Description
A Japanese sweet three-color dumpling called Sanshoku Dango made from rice flour. This three-color dumplings are special treat for spring. The combination of three colors is said to represent spring (pink-cherry blossom/peach, green-mugwort, white-snow/white sake).
The slightly sweet dumplings are perfect for spring tea time.
Ingredients: rice flour, water, sugar, barley flour, mugwort, enzyme preparation(corn starch, salt, dextrin, beta-amylase), beet red.
